Ingredients for the foot of moleque in the cup
- 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup of roasted skinless peanuts
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 can of sour cream
- Roasted peanuts with skin to decorate
Method of preparation
Place the sugar and peanuts in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is caramelized. Turn off, add the condensed milk, chocolate, butter and mix. Return to low heat and cook for 2 minutes after boiling, stirring constantly. Allow to cool and stir in the cream. Pour into individual acrylic bowls, decorate with peanuts and serve immediately.
