Tropical tuna salad

ingredients

  • Lettuce leaves to taste
  • 170 g of tuna solid in edible oil
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 green pepper cut into cubes
  • 4 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • Chopped chives, chopped parsley, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a bowl, add the cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and tuna and mix well. Next, cover the mixture with cling film and set aside for 2 hours. Then, in a salad bowl, place the lettuce leaves, vinegar, olive oil, onion, parsley, chives, salt and black pepper. Mix and serve with the reserved tuna.

  • two apples bites
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons 70% cocoa powder.

Preparation method

Place the apples, eggs and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Then transfer the mixture into a cup and place it in the microwave for just 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
