Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1 chocolate (500 g)
  • 1 cup (tea) hazelnut cream
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (tea)
  • Fry oil
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and milk until the mixture becomes slightly frothy. Reserve.
  2. Cut the chocolate into 1cm slices.
  3. Roll the panettone slices with a rolling pin, leaving them flat.
  4. Divide the hazelnut cream and the strawberry cream between them and roll up, forming rolls, pressing well.
  5. Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and fry them, little by little, in a pan with hot oil, until golden.
  6. Drain them on absorbent paper, transfer them to a serving plate, sprinkle with icing sugar, decorate with strawberries and serve.
