Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
- 1 chocolate (500 g)
- 1 cup (tea) hazelnut cream
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (tea)
- Fry oil
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and milk until the mixture becomes slightly frothy. Reserve.
- Cut the chocolate into 1cm slices.
- Roll the panettone slices with a rolling pin, leaving them flat.
- Divide the hazelnut cream and the strawberry cream between them and roll up, forming rolls, pressing well.
- Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and fry them, little by little, in a pan with hot oil, until golden.
- Drain them on absorbent paper, transfer them to a serving plate, sprinkle with icing sugar, decorate with strawberries and serve.
