Fake chestnut brownie
Preparation time: 1 hour
Performance: 10 units
Difficulty level: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (tea).
- 1 teaspoon almond essence
- 1 cup chocolate powder (tea).
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup chopped Brazil nuts
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, milk, almond essence and chocolate powder with a whisk.
- Add the flour and yeast and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the chestnuts and place them in a greased and floured 35cm x 25cm baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into squares.
- Serve your mock chestnut brownie accompanied by cream or vanilla ice cream and chocolate icing.
