Airbnb just announced new features on its platform. The world’s largest vacation rental company, the startup has released three improvements based on user feedback. One of them is the creation of the seal ” Guest favorites“, awarded to the most successful accommodations on the platform based on ratings, comments and reliability.
Taking advantage of this new feature, we have selected studios and apartments preferred by guests in the neighborhood of Pines, in Sao Paulo. Those who stay there will find one of the best gastronomic offers in the city and the most varied shops, as well as being close to two important streets (Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima and Avenida Rebouças) and the Metro stations of the 4-Yellow Line (Faria Lima, Fradique Coutinho and Pinheiros). Studio one block from the Faria Lima metro
The designed joinery optimizes the 30 m² of this modern studio apartment, decorated in bright shades of red and navy blue. In a single room there is a double bed, a wardrobe for organizing clothes and personal effects, a table for meals and a good desk for those who work from home. In the corridor is the kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker) and the door leading to the bathroom. A balcony completes the space. Even though it is only 34 m², the studio is divided into three separate rooms.
