Banana and cinnamon biscuits recipe
Time: 30 minutes (+30 minutes in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- Approximately 1/3 cup of milk
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a bowl mix the flour, salt, sugar and margarine and work with your fingertips until you obtain a crumb-like consistency.
- Add the banana and mix.
- Pour in the milk, little at a time, kneading until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and divide into 2 portions.
- Form a cylinder like a salami, wrap it in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut into 0.4 mm slices, spread them on a large baking tray and bake in a preheated medium oven for 12 minutes or until dry and lightly golden.
- Leave to cool, sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture and serve.
- Store in a closed container for up to 5 days.
