Coxinha Fondue Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 1 sachet of cream cheese flavored soup
- 3 cups of flour (wheat)
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- Salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- Bread flour for breading
- Fry oil
Filling
- 200 g of grated mozzarella
- 200 g of grated Gruyere cheese
Method of preparation
Beat the milk, water, soup, wheat flour and margarine in a blender until smooth. Bring it to low heat, stirring constantly, when it starts to detach from the bottom of the pan, cook for a few minutes, the more it will cook, the easier it will be to work it, obviously being careful not to burn yourself. Mix the cheeses in a bowl. Beat the dough with a wooden spoon until it is lukewarm. Let it cool, open a portion with your hand, stuff with cheese and close by shaping the coxinha. Pass them in the lightly beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Slowly fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
