Lucas Lucco announces career break to take care of his mental health: ‘Until I feel better’; understand

Singer said he has suffered “numerous seizures” since early November. “There are open wounds that are invisible to our eyes, but that doesn’t mean they are still very painful,” she wrote.

Singer Luca Lucco announced that he has decided to take a break from his career this Thursday, the 7th, to take care of his mental health. The artist has been diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder (BAD) and said he has had “numerous seizures” since November 7. Lucas posted a self-written letter on Instagram to address the issue.

According to him, since that date, the singer has shown no symptoms of the disorder for just three days. The artist said that he was already being treated for BAD, but chose to turn to a professional specialized in his case, who “completely changed the approach to help him in stabilization”.

“I am sure I will get through this again,” he wrote. “But I need a few days at home until I can recover and feel good about this change.”

The singer commented that he “loves his job”, but said that TAB can “limit a lot”. He apologized to people who were going to shows scheduled for this weekend, but stressed that the break was important.

“There are open wounds that are invisible to our eyes, but they are still very, very painful,” he reflected. Finally, she asked people to be kind to each other.

“Be kind to everyone, because you never know what that person is going through behind the scenes and many, when they leave home, choose a mask to wear around,” he concluded.
