Chicken pancake recipe with rosé sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
  • Salt to taste
  • Brushing oil
  • Margarine for greasing

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 can drained corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups cottage cheese

Rose sauce

  • 2 jars of ready-made tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 can of cream

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the dough ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Brush a small nonstick skillet with oil and place over medium heat until hot.
  3. Pour a ladle of mixture into the pan and, with circular movements, form the pancake and brown it for 10 seconds on each side.
  4. Repeat the operation until the mass is used up. Set aside and keep warm.
  5. For the filling, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and brown all the ingredients, adding the cream cheese last, with the heat off. Reserve.
  6. In a bowl mix the ingredients of the rosé sauce.
  7. Assemble the pancakes by distributing equal quantities of filling and roll them up like a roll.
  8. Place the pancakes in a medium baking dish greased with margarine, cover with the sauce and place in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately accompanied by a green salad.
