Burrata with confit cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 medium burrata
- 500 g of cherry tomatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C
- Wash the cherry tomatoes, peel and chop the garlic cloves
- In a baking dish, distribute the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves until the entire bottom is covered.
- Drizzle with olive oil until you notice the ingredients are “soaked” and then season with salt and pepper
- Bake in the oven for about an hour or until the cherry tomatoes are soft and wilted.
- Remove from the oven, open a space in the center of the pan and place the burrata in the centre.
- If desired, decorate with basil and serve immediately.
