Stuffed sweet rice
Preparation time: 50 minutes
Performance: 8 servings
Difficulty level: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice (tea)
- 3 cups (tea) of water
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 2 cans of condensed milk cooked for 30 minutes under pressure
- Ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick to decorate
Preparation method:
- In a pan, cook the rice in water with cinnamon, over medium heat, until dry.
- Add the condensed milk, milk, milk powder and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally or until thickened.
- Let it cool.
- Distribute half the rice in a medium baking dish, make a layer with the cooked condensed milk, reserving a part for decoration, and cover with the remaining sweet rice.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, decorate with the cooked condensed milk set aside, using a piping bag with pastry nozzle, and decorate with cinnamon.
- Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve the stuffed rice pudding.
