Stuffed sweet rice

Preparation time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw rice (tea)
  • 3 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 2 cans of condensed milk cooked for 30 minutes under pressure
  • Ground cinnamon and cinnamon stick to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, cook the rice in water with cinnamon, over medium heat, until dry.
  2. Add the condensed milk, milk, milk powder and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally or until thickened.
  3. Let it cool.
  4. Distribute half the rice in a medium baking dish, make a layer with the cooked condensed milk, reserving a part for decoration, and cover with the remaining sweet rice.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon, decorate with the cooked condensed milk set aside, using a piping bag with pastry nozzle, and decorate with cinnamon.
  6. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve the stuffed rice pudding.
