Tapioca delicacy recipe

Preparation time: 30min (+2h in the fridge)

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups granulated tapioca
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 150g grated coconut
  • 2 cups of hot milk
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the granulated tapioca, sugar, salt and coconut milk.
  2. Add the grated coconut and the hot milk, little by little, mixing until the mixture is smooth and the milk is absorbed.
  3. Transfer to a greased 22cm diameter loaf pan and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from the oven, turn out onto a plate and serve your tapioca delicacy topped with condensed milk.
