See several options in the southern part of the city […]
Our journey to discover the largest city in Latin America continues at the Ecotourism Hub of São Paulo, an area of over 400 km² which occupies approximately 28% of the municipal territory.
In this episode of the “SP is Right Here” series, the Travel by fare not only did he arrive differently, sailing through one of the city’s most famous bodies of water, but he also discovered three different accommodation options in Parelheiros and Marsilac, in the far south of São Paulo.
The Ecotourism Hub brings together 120 small entrepreneurs and nearly 600 rural organic production properties. Indeed, some even have the chance to stay amid folk arts, history and, of course, plenty of Atlantic Forest behind their home, such as a farm in Marsilac, the last neighborhood south of the city.

(Marsilac)
This type of farmhouse is located in the last district of the extreme south of the city of Sao Paulo, equipped with a manor house, swimming pool and a large green area for walks.
However, the piece de resistance of the land is the old brickyard from the 1970s, which still retains some brick kilns from the era.
“We started with accommodation for people who come from São Paulo to enjoy the taste of being in a preserved area, hear the noise of the birds of the Atlantic Forest and have access to this Environmental Conservation Area in a pleasant way,” he explains owner Patricia Helfstein.
The property has three bedrooms for up to 12 guests and is rented entirely for R$1,059 per night. Reservations can be made on accommodation sites such as AirBnb.
