Ingredients BROWNIE 0% SUGAR, MILK-FREE AND WHEAT-FREE
– 280 g of blended avocado (or avocado)
– 200 g of sugar-free and gluten-free vegan chocolate
– 4 units of eggs
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder ab
– 3 tablespoons of xylitol or as much as you want
– 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
– 100 g almond flour (or golden linseed flour)
– salt to taste (pinch)
– 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) of baking soda ab
– 100 g Brazil nuts, chopped.
PREPARATION:
- Place a pan with water for the bain-marie on the heat.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for this recipe. For an entire recipe consider 4 portions, obtaining 9 pieces in a 20X20 cm pan.
- Line the baking tray with baking paper. To be safe, grease the paper with a little coconut oil.
- Chop the Brazil nuts into small pieces, avoiding them turning into flour (it is better to chop them by hand).
- This recipe is simpler if made with the mixer.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
PREPARATION:
BROWNIE 0% SUGAR, MILK-FREE AND WHEAT-FREE:
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a double boiler or, in a non-metallic bowl, every 30 seconds in the microwave.
- In another bowl, beat the avocado with a mixer or use a food processor or blender.
- Mix the melted chocolate with the avocado and beat until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one and beat to combine.
- Then add the vanilla, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
- Mix with almond flour.
- Add the bicarbonate of soda and mix well.
- Add the chopped chestnuts to the brownie batter.
- Place on the baking tray(s) covered with baking paper, bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until firm but still moist inside – test with a toothpick or fork.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into squares.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Keep the Sugar-free, dairy-free and wheat-free brownies at room temperature, covered. In these conditions the durability is 5 days.
- Freezing: The cake can be frozen in individual pieces. Remove before consumption and allow to reach room temperature.
- To serve, heat a little in the microwave if desired.
