Paçoca filled with powdered milk

Time: 50min (+ 30min in the fridge)
Performance: 15 units
Difficulty: easy
ingredients
- 500 g of roasted and ground peanuts without skin
- 1 packet of crumbled cornstarch cookies (200 g)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons of water
- margarine to grease
Filling
- 3 cups of milk powder (powder)
- 10 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the peanuts, crackers, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and mix until smooth. Pour the condensed milk dissolved in water, in a stream, stirring until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Grease a 22 x 30 cm mold and lay half of the dough, leveling it with your hands. In a bowl, mix the milk powder, sugar and butter. Gradually pour in the milk, mixing until smooth. Spread on the mold, smoothing with a spatula. Cover with the rest of the paçoca, leveling off. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
Sweet rice with chocolate in the cup

Time: 1 hour
Performance: 15 servings
Difficulty: easy
ingredients
- 2 cups of uncooked rice, washed and drained
- 3 cups of water (tea)
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
Chocolate cream
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Chocolate chips to sprinkle
Method of preparation
Soak the white rice in water for 30 minutes.
Drain and pour into a pan. Add the water and cook over low heat until the water is almost completely dry.
In a large saucepan, combine the milk, condensed milk, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Add the rice and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until the rice is soft and the broth has thickened.
In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. Add the chocolate, sugar, butter and bring to low heat, stirring until thickened.
Pour the rice pudding into the bowls until it reaches 1/3 of its capacity.
Put a layer of chocolate and cover with the rest of the rice. Sprinkle with sprinkles and serve.
strawberry skewer

Time: 30min (+ 15min of rest)
Performance: 5 units
Difficulty: easy
ingredients
- 1 box of strawberries
- 300 g of hydrogenated melted chocolate
Method of preparation
Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and dry them well. Place them on barbecue sticks, dip them in chocolate and let them dry for 15 minutes on aluminum foil.
Corn Curd With Cinnamon

Time: 40min (+ 2h in the fridge)
Performance: 6 servings
Difficulty: easy
ingredients
- 6 ears of green corn
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 g)
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Method of preparation
With a sharp knife, remove the kernels from the cob. Next, whisk the corn with milk and coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
Filter the mixture through a colander and transfer it to a pan. Add the cornstarch, condensed milk, butter and mix. Put on medium heat and continue stirring until it thickens.
Distribute your corn curau in the individual refractories, let it cool and put it in the fridge for 2 hours or until it is firm. Remove from the oven, unmold and sprinkle with ground cinnamon to give the final touch. Ready, just serve!
Coke

Time: 1 hour
Performance: 20 servings
Difficulty: easy
ingredients
- 4 eggs (egg whites and yolks separated)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 grated coconut
- margarine to grease
Method of preparation
In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside. In another bowl, in the mixer, beat the egg yolks, butter, sugar, condensed milk, coconut and gently mix the egg whites. Place in a 20cm x 22cm buttered pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden and lightly browned. Remove from the oven, leave to rest for 10 minutes, cut into pieces and serve.
