- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
- Chopped walnuts for sprinkling
Syrup
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
Preparation method:
- Blend the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and half the flour in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add the rest of the flour, yeast, nuts and mix with a spoon.
- Transfer to a greased and floured 30cm x 22cm baking pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Filling
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup cream (tea).
Roof
- 2 cups creamy dulce de leche
- 1/2 cup cream (tea).
Preparation method:
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites and add the egg yolks, one by one, until frothy.
- Add the sugar and beat to combine.
- Without stopping whisking, add the sifted flour and water, alternating, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 24cm diameter pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, remove from the mold and cut in half, lengthwise. Reserve.
- For the filling, heat the condensed milk, milk powder, butter, nuts and chocolate powder in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

- To assemble, place one part of the cake on a plate, spread the filling evenly and cover with the other part of the cake.
- Cover the entire cake with the dulce de leche mixed with the cream, spreading it with a spatula.
