Rice balls

ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, parsley and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Fry oil

Preparation method

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients very well, except the rice, which should be added at the end. After incorporating everything, make rolls. In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown. Drain them well and serve them immediately.

  • 200 g of very fine corn flour
  • 100 g of chickpea flour
  • 100 g of corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt, cumin and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a container, mix the corn flour, chickpea flour, corn starch, olive oil and seasonings. Add the water little by little, without stopping stirring. Knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth dough. On a surface, open the pasta with a rolling pin until it is very thin and firm. Cut it into triangles, place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place it in a preheated oven at a low temperature for about 10 minutes.

Tip: serve with guacamole, salsa or sauteed mushrooms.

Preparation method

Peel and cut the bananas into thin slices lengthwise or into thin slices. In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Fry the slices little by little until golden brown. Transfer to a container and season with the lemon and pepper, cumin, salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.

  • 250 g of pasta for tapioca
  • 300 g of grated chestnuts
  • 500 ml of almond milk
  • Salt and ground white pepper to taste
  • Oil for anointing
  • Fry oil

Preparation method

In a container, mix the grated cheese and tapioca dough. In a pan, heat the milk and add the tapioca. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Add the seasonings and continue mixing until you obtain a stiff mixture. Pour into a baking dish greased with olive oil and cover with cling film. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours. Dice. Put the oil in a pan and place it over medium heat to heat it. Fry the nuts until golden brown. Drain the oil and serve immediately.

Grilled vegetable skewers

ingredients

  • 1 courgette cut into slices
  • 1 carrot cut into slices
  • 1 red pepper cut into slices
  • 1 green pepper cut into slices
  • 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Assemble the skewers with the courgettes, carrots, green and red peppers and cherry tomatoes, alternating the vegetables. Next, heat a pan over medium heat and grill the skewers for up to 10 minutes. While cooking, brush with soy sauce and add black pepper. Remove from the pan, wait for it to cool and serve.
