Despite not being part of the cast of the film, which releases on January 4, 2024 in Brazilian cinemas, directed by Blitz the Ambassador, Winfrey is one of the producers. During an interview with The Hollywood Reporterthe presenter and journalist explained how she even considered making a special appearance, as Whoopi Goldberg.
“[Uma participação especial] would have been good in the church scene, but I thought it would also be a distraction when Sofia was getting married, if the old Sofia original was just one of the people in the church,” he said.
