Refrigerator pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 1 cup cream (tea).
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine
Syrup
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 2/3 cup hot water

Preparation method:
- For the syrup, place the sugar in a pan over medium heat and cook until caramelized.
- Then add hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Then pour 2/3 of the syrup into a mold with a 24cm diameter hole in the center and set aside.
- Blend the condensed milk, milk, cream, essence and gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package in a blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Pour into the mold over the caramel and refrigerate for 4 hours or until solidified.
- Finally, remove from the oven, unmold, decorate with the remaining syrup and serve immediately.
