Refrigerator pudding

Time: 30min (+4h in the fridge)

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 1 cup cream (tea).
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 sachet of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine

Syrup

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2/3 cup hot water

Preparation method:

  1. For the syrup, place the sugar in a pan over medium heat and cook until caramelized.
  2. Then add hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Then pour 2/3 of the syrup into a mold with a 24cm diameter hole in the center and set aside.
  4. Blend the condensed milk, milk, cream, essence and gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package in a blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  5. Pour into the mold over the caramel and refrigerate for 4 hours or until solidified.
  6. Finally, remove from the oven, unmold, decorate with the remaining syrup and serve immediately.
