Alien: Sigourney Weaver comes to the rescue in the third part

I like it because it’s totally different from the first two. I thought Fox was smart to continue to cast very talented directors who wanted to do something completely different with the Alien story… I had complete faith in David.

Sigourney Weaver, however, does not not at all the same confidence in the original scenario of the film. During New York Comic Con, he explained yes “ monkeys in space, in a sort of medieval garden”. And that his character, Ripley, “he was in a coma for half the movie” after his ship crashed. And according to her, David Fincher didn’t have the chance to resolve many problems in the script before starting to shoot the film.

The actress could play Ripley again

As recently explained, Sigourney Weaver may soon return to the universe ofAlien. Because according to her Walter Hill wrote 50 pages “quite extraordinary” of a scenario that imagines where Ripley would be today. And the actress plans to work with the screenwriter to complete the story of this scenario. He also had a meeting with the studio responsible for the saga to potentially make this film a reality. He could therefore find his cult character in a new feature film.
