Guest Favorites is a collection of the top 2 million listings on Airbnb based on ratings, reviews and trust data from more than half a billion trips. Reviews take several factors into consideration, including, for example, ease of check-in, cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, communication with the host, location, and price. Additionally, all ads with this seal have a rating above 4.9 stars on the platform.
