In the Zucchini Omelette
Time: 30 minutes
Performance: 2 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons light margarine
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 chopped courgette
- 1 seedless tomato chopped
- 200g chopped turkey breast
- Salt and chopped green chilli to taste
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- Light margarine spread
Sauce
- 1 jar of low-fat natural yogurt (170 g)
- 1/2 cup chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, mix the yogurt, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth and set aside in the refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, heat a pan with margarine over medium heat and brown the garlic and courgettes for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato, turkey breast, salt, green chilies and fry for another 2 minutes
- Turn off, let cool and place in a bowl
- Add the eggs, egg whites and mix
- Heat a medium skillet with margarine over medium heat and fry half the mixture until golden brown on both sides.
- Then remove and set aside
- Repeat the operation with the remaining mixture until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with the sauce, if desired, garnished with mint leaves.
Natural yogurt
Time: 1h (+8h rest)
Performance: 6 servings

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of fresh type A or B milk
- 1 pot of natural yogurt (170 g)
Preparation method:
- Pour the milk into a milk jug and heat over low heat.
- Once it boils, turn off the heat and let the milk come to room temperature.
- Pour into a refractory dish, place in a polystyrene or in a thermal bag and leave to rest for 8 hours or until obtaining a creamy consistency
- Remove from plate and serve, if desired, accompanied by granola.
Avocado energy cream
Time: 10 minutes
Performance: 6 servings

Ingredients:
- Pulp of 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) honey
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cups of granola
- Honey to taste for seasoning
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the granola
- In a bowl, add layers of avocado cream and granola
- Finish with the granola, then drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
Spinach omelette
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese

- 3 eggs
Preparation method:
- In a pan, over medium heat, melt half the butter and sauté the onion until softened.
- Add the spinach and sauté for 3 minutes
- Then add curd, salt, pepper and set aside.
- In the meantime, beat the eggs with salt and pepper
- Grease a medium nonstick pan with the remaining butter and place over medium heat.
- Fry the egg mixture until golden brown on both sides
- Spread the spinach filling, then fold it in half
- If desired, serve with cream cheese.
Fruit salad
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 2 bags of strawberry tea
- 2 bags of white tea
- 1 bag of mint tea
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (tea)
- 1 cup papaya (pawpaw)
- 12 mint leaves chopped
Preparation method:
- Put the water in a saucepan and wait for it to boil together with the herbal teas and honey.
- Once it reaches the boil, lower the heat, remove the sachets and let it boil until reduced, for about 15 minutes.
- Wait for the syrup to cool
