Vegetable soup with minced meat

ingredients

  • 3 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 350 g of fresh peas
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 200 g of minced meat
  • Salt, olive oil, chopped coriander and black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the minced meat and brown it until it loses its red colour. Add the vegetables and cook until the bottom of the pan begins to caramelize. Add water and salt, cover and cook until the vegetables are soft. Turn off the heat, top with the coriander and serve immediately.

Ground beef kibbeh with quinoa and carrot

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Quinoa
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • Salt, ground black pepper, green chillies and chopped mint to taste
  • Greasing oil
  • Waterfall

Preparation method

In a pan, add water and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the quinoa and cook until the grains are soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. Place the minced meat in a container and season with salt, black pepper, mint, garlic and green perfume. Add the quinoa and stir to combine. Then grease a baking tray with olive oil and place half the meat on it, cover with the carrot and finish with the rest of the meat. Drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.
