Method of preparation
In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the onion and sausage for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, corn, peas and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the rice, salt, the smell of green and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off, transfer to a serving dish and decorate with a potato straw. Serve immediately.

Mediterranean-style tuna penne
