Creamy rice in the pressure cooker

- 2 cups of tea White rice
- 300 g of green corn
- 300 g of peas
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 200 g of cream

- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Grated cheese for sprinkling

Preparation method
In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until golden brown. Add the rice and stir for about 2 minutes, allowing the rice to be well coated in the stew. Add the corn and peas to the rice. Mix.

Cabbage cigar with minced meat
ingredients
- 1 cabbage
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 300 g tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Waterfall
Preparation method
Start by removing the outer leaves of the cabbage and cutting off the thick stem to make it easier to roll. In a skillet, cook whole cabbage in boiling water over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until leaves are pliable. Carefully remove and set aside.
In another pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, cumin and paprika. Cook until the meat is completely browned. Add the raw rice to the meat and brown for a few more minutes.
Pour the tomato sauce into the mixture and water if necessary. Cook until the rice is almost cooked. Add the parsley and chives and set aside.
Assembly
On a serving plate, place a portion of the filling in the center of each cabbage leaf and roll it into a cigar. When finished, arrange the cigars in a baking dish and pour a little tomato sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is completely cooked. Serve immediately.
