“When I was 21 I had my first panic attack and I dealt with it with medication,” the 41-year-old singer said. “During the pandemic, I saw her come back and I decided not to take drugs, I just did therapy,” she continued and then offered to talk to her programmate if she needed it.
“I’ve been through it many times, it’s something that only those who have it understand, it’s inexplicable because it’s as if you lose your mind and your body goes into a whirlwind, in short, warning of danger”, commented Alane, who was listening carefully.
“Our minds feel like they can’t deal with so many things, like our mental resilience is a rubber band, when we have so many things, we force this rubber band, and it doesn’t come back,” he continued.
