Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cup of sugar
- ⅔ cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 with melted butter soup
- 1 cup of fresh cream
- 1 cup of Dulce de leche
- Icing sugar with cinnamon to sift
Preparation:
- Beat the egg and sugar with a water bath for about two minutes until it starts to grow well.
- Remove from the water bath and beat well until it was tripled in volume.
- Add the sifted wheat flour, cinnamon powder and mix with a spatula.
- Add the melted butter and move gently. Arrange in a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper.
- Cook 200 degrees for five minutes and then remove.
- Arrange the sponge cake in a moistened cloth.
- In a bowl, beat the fresh cream and Dulce de leche.
- Arrange the sponge and curl cake on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Sift the sugar with cinnamon and serve.
