Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup grated carrot
- ½ cup chopped black olives
- 1 medium apple cut into cubes
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 ½ cups fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cups potato tea with straw
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
Gently mix all the ingredients, except the straw potatoes. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, cover the preparation with the potato.
