One of the greatest passions of Brazilians is the famous coffee. No wonder he has increasingly distinguished himself in interior decoration. By sharing the space with the minibar, the terrace of this project by the architect Marina Carvalho reveals a well-designed woodwork, designed to make the environment more practical and organized.
“It is worth remembering that it is very important to provide the electrical points for the supply of equipment. Furthermore, I do not give up a carpentry shop to have the accessories that accompany the moment”, he stresses.

“It all depends on the size of the space and the lifestyle of the resident”, assesses the architect. In the renovation project of this apartment he completely modified the balcony, creating a delightful meeting place for the family with the insertion of a metal and glass roof.

Designing an environment reserved for reading, where the resident can sit down, read a good book and disconnect from the world, is a very special mission. In this apartment, Marina took advantage of the wasted space in the social area and transformed it into a reading corner.
“As the bar is close to this small space, residents can also recline in an armchair, stretch their feet on the ottoman and have a drink to relax. This shows that everyone can use the space as they wish,” he concludes.
