Self-analysis
“The problem starts when this becomes a habit. When we consume too much sweets, we feel guilty. Identify the root of your problem, seek professional help and avoid having foods at home that are harmful to you,” advises Felipe.
Coldness
Do you want to taste something sweet, but don’t know what to do to resist it? Take a deep breath and think about your goal for a few minutes. Don’t let your proposal be overshadowed by a simple mistake.
“This can especially happen when our emotions are more intense. Pay attention to the moment that urge hits and ask yourself, ‘Am I really hungry?’ Don’t stop eating what you like, but know how to balance the quantities”, advises the professional.
Changes
“Replace sweets with another activity that gives you pleasure, such as talking, reading, running, resting or taking a hot bath. A good way to change this habit is to put these steps into practice”, concludes Felipe Nunes.
Given away
It is the set of guidelines that refer to the current Brazilian reality, i.e. Betway data shows that the Brazilian people consume on average 2.6 kg of chocolate per year.
