Ham and cheese omelette recipe

Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Filling
- 150 g of coarsely grated mozzarella
- 150 g of diced ham
- 50g cream cheese
- Fresh oregano to taste for garnish
Preparation method:
- In a container, beat the eggs with a fork until obtaining a smooth mixture, add the salt, onion and parsley.
- Over medium heat, melt the butter in a pan, preferably non-stick.
- Pour the blended contents into the pan and fry for 3 minutes on one side and another 3 on the other.
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a container.
- Add the filling, fold the omelette in half and let rest for another 2 minutes or until the filling melts.
- Cut the omelette in half, decorate with fresh oregano leaves and serve.
