Ham and cheese omelette recipe

Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Filling

  • 150 g of coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 150 g of diced ham
  • 50g cream cheese
  • Fresh oregano to taste for garnish

Preparation method:

  1. In a container, beat the eggs with a fork until obtaining a smooth mixture, add the salt, onion and parsley.
  2. Over medium heat, melt the butter in a pan, preferably non-stick.
  3. Pour the blended contents into the pan and fry for 3 minutes on one side and another 3 on the other.
  4. Mix all the filling ingredients in a container.
  5. Add the filling, fold the omelette in half and let rest for another 2 minutes or until the filling melts.
  6. Cut the omelette in half, decorate with fresh oregano leaves and serve.
