Preparation method

In a container, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then form the ravioli using a spoon. Place the oil in a pan and heat over medium heat. Fry the dumplings until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown. Add the dried meat and brown for a few more minutes. Then add salt, black pepper and green chili. Mix and set aside.

Place the rice, eggs, wheat flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl and mix. Add the braised meat and mix again until smooth. Shape the gnocchi with a spoon. Place the oil in a pan and heat over medium heat. Fry the dumplings until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
