Ingredients BRIGADEIRO PISTACHIO
– 1 can(s) of condensed milk
– 1/2 cup(s) of white chocolate, chopped or in calletti
– 3 tablespoons of sugar-free pistachio paste
– 1 teaspoon unsalted butter + a little for greasing
Ingredients TO FINISH
– 1/2 cup(s) chopped shelled pistachios or enough to roll the pastries
PREPARATION:
- Separate all ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces if you bought it in bars.
- Peel and chop the final pistachios and arrange them on a plate.
- Grease a plate with butter to cool the brigadeiro dough.

Pistachio Chocolate Truffle:
- Place all the ingredients of the recipe (condensed milk, white chocolate, pistachio paste and butter) in a pan and mix.
- Place over low heat and stir continuously.
- When the mixture boils, cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan; To be sure of cooking, tilt the pan slightly to the side and see if the dough comes away from the bottom.
- Turn off the heat and transfer it to a baking tray greased with butter, let it cool slightly and cover with cling film to cool completely.
Brigadeiro Pistachio – Assembly:
- Wet your palms with water or grease them with a little butter.
- Using a (flat) teaspoon as a measure, take a portion of the dough and roll it into a ball: the approximate weight is 10 g each.
- Distribute the brigadeiro among the chopped pistachios.
- Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Place the Pistachio Chocolate Truffle inside the paper molds and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Store in the refrigerator and remove 1 hour before serving.
