Ingredients BRIGADEIRO PISTACHIO

– 1 can(s) of condensed milk

– 1/2 cup(s) of white chocolate, chopped or in calletti

– 3 tablespoons of sugar-free pistachio paste

– 1 teaspoon unsalted butter + a little for greasing

Ingredients TO FINISH

– 1/2 cup(s) chopped shelled pistachios or enough to roll the pastries

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces if you bought it in bars.
  3. Peel and chop the final pistachios and arrange them on a plate.
  4. Grease a plate with butter to cool the brigadeiro dough.

PREPARATION:

Pistachio Chocolate Truffle:

  1. Place all the ingredients of the recipe (condensed milk, white chocolate, pistachio paste and butter) in a pan and mix.
  2. Place over low heat and stir continuously.
  3. When the mixture boils, cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan; To be sure of cooking, tilt the pan slightly to the side and see if the dough comes away from the bottom.
  4. Turn off the heat and transfer it to a baking tray greased with butter, let it cool slightly and cover with cling film to cool completely.

Brigadeiro Pistachio – Assembly:

  1. Wet your palms with water or grease them with a little butter.
  2. Using a (flat) teaspoon as a measure, take a portion of the dough and roll it into a ball: the approximate weight is 10 g each.
  3. Distribute the brigadeiro among the chopped pistachios.
  4. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Place the Pistachio Chocolate Truffle inside the paper molds and arrange them on a serving plate.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and remove 1 hour before serving.
