Chicken breast creamed with corn recipe

Ingredients:
- 150 g diced bacon
- 600 g diced chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
- 1 can drained green corn
- 1 pack of cream (200 g)
- Salt, black pepper and sliced chives to taste
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preparation method:
- In a pan, over medium heat, brown the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
- Brown the chicken breast in the bacon fat and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes.
- Blend the milk with half the corn in a blender until smooth.
- Pour in the corn milk, little by little, stirring until golden.
- Add the cream, salt, pepper and mix until hot.
- Add the chicken, remaining corn, bacon, cheese and mix.
- Pour onto a serving plate, sprinkle with chives and serve.
