Preparation method

Place the sugar, egg yolks and margarine in a blender and blend until well blended. Without stopping whisking, alternately add the wheat flour, corn starch, peanuts and milk. When the mixture is smooth, transfer it into a container and set aside.

In a mixer, beat the egg whites. Add the egg whites to the mixture set aside, add the yeast and mix gently. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with margarine and flour with wheat flour, pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Wait for it to cool, unmold it and set it aside.

Preparation method

Place the eggs, butter, corn, milk, wheat flour, sugar, grated cheese and corn flour in a blender and blend until smooth. Finally add the chemical yeast and beat again to combine. Reserve. Grease a mold with butter and flour with corn flour, pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, turn out and serve.

Preparation method

Sift the wheat flour and sugar into a container. Add the cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder and mix well. Reserve. Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and keep the peel aside.
