Ingredients:
- ½ bunch of new rocket
- 200 g of sliced parma ham
- 2 figs cut into 4 parts
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:
Assemble the salad by placing the arugula in a salad bowl and seasoning with mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the ham cut into rolls, interspersing them with the fig slices. Serve immediately.
