Ingredients:

  • ½ bunch of new rocket
  • 200 g of sliced ​​parma ham
  • 2 figs cut into 4 parts
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method:

Assemble the salad by placing the arugula in a salad bowl and seasoning with mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the ham cut into rolls, interspersing them with the fig slices. Serve immediately.
