I leave you with a delicious panacota recipe for the weekend. This is the type of preparation I like to make when it comes to desserts. I always prefer easier and more practical recipes and Panacota is undoubtedly an excellent alternative.
panacotta recipe
- 750 ml cream
- 1 sachet of gelatin (3 sheets)
- 5 tablespoons to hydrate ice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
Roof
- 400 g of raspberries
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 lemon squeezed

Way of doing
Place the cream with the sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and heat until a little smoke comes out. Turn off the heat and hydrate the gelatine before pouring it into the cream. Mix well until everything has dissolved. Pour the cream into individual cups and place in the refrigerator until solid.
For the raspberry syrup, put 400 g of fruit, half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of sugar in a pan. Let it boil until it becomes a jelly in pieces. Set aside and store in the refrigerator.
Serve the panacota with the cold raspberry jelly.
