Preparation method
In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until smooth. Using a mixer, beat the cold cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture, making delicate movements from bottom to top to maintain the lightness of the mousse. Add the lemon zest to the mixture. Distribute the mousse into individual glasses or a larger container and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until it has firmed up. Before serving, garnish with lemon and lemon zest.
Wafer cream
ingredients
White cream
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 liter of milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- 100 g of wafers filled and covered with chocolate
- 175 ml of water
black cream
- 600 g of cream
- 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 100 g of wafers filled and covered with chocolate
Preparation method
White cream
In a container dilute the corn starch in water. In a pan, add the milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence and place over medium heat. When it starts to boil, add the egg yolks with the diluted corn starch. Stir constantly until you get consistency. Then pour the mixture onto a plate and wait for it to cool. When it is cold, chop the wafer over the white cream and set aside.
black cream
In a pan, put the cream with chocolate powder and cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens and wait for it to cool. Then arrange the dark chocolate cream in the mold over the white cream and add the chopped wafer. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve immediately.
Creamy jelly
ingredients
- 40 g of strawberry flavored gelatine
- 700 ml of boiling water
- 150 g of cream
- 200 g of condensed milk
- Strawberries to decorate
Preparation method
In a container, mix 20 g of gelatine with 500 ml of boiling water until a smooth mixture is obtained. Arrange in individual bowls. Place in the refrigerator to harden. In a container, mix 20 g of gelatin with the rest of the water and wait for it to cool. Place it in the blender, add the cream, the condensed milk and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Pour this second mixture onto the cups with the compact gelatine and place back in the refrigerator. Serve decorated with strawberries.

cheesecake of red fruits
ingredients
- 100 g of margarine
- 200 g of corn starch biscuits
- 450 g of cheese cream
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 300 g of cream

- 400 g chopped raspberries
- 400 g chopped strawberries
- 400 g chopped blueberries
- 150 g of sugar
Preparation method
Start by grinding the cookies in a food processor or blender until you have crumbs. In a container, mix them with the margarine until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and line the base and edges of a mold with a removable base and set aside. In a blender, blend the cheese cream, cream and condensed milk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then pour the cream over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes or until firm. Place in the refrigerator to cool.

Place the sugar, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries in a pan and keep over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a jelly forms. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. Cover the cheesecake with gelatin and serve immediately.
Frozen yogurt
ingredients
- 2 cups of unsweetened natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 g chopped strawberries
Preparation method
In a bowl, mix the natural yogurt with the honey and coconut extract. vanilla. Mix well until the honey is completely incorporated. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan and place in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, remove the mixture from the freezer and mix with a fork to prevent ice crystals from forming. Repeat this process for about 3-4 hours or until you reach the desired consistency. Serve with chopped strawberries.
