Ingredients:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 seedless Italian courgette, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Chopped parsley for sprinkling

Preparation method:
