Ingredients Pork steaks

– 800 g of pork fillet mignon, 2 units per person.

– Salt to taste

– pepper to taste THE

– sweet paprika to taste (optional) ab

Ingredients PREPARATION FOR BREADING WITHOUT GLUTEN AND WITHOUT FRYING

– 1/2 cup(s) gluten-free all-purpose flour or enough for breading

– egg to taste, diluted in a little filtered water

– Salt to taste

– 1/2 teaspoon(s) of paprika THE

– 1/2 cup(s) almond flour

– 1/2 cup(s) golden flaxseed meal

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. Start by preparing and seasoning the pork steaks (see preparation).
  3. Prepare the mixture with almond flour and golden flax seeds. Add the paprika.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C

PREPARATION:

Pork steaks (this step must be done before continuing pre-preparation):

  1. Cut the pork fillet mignon into 2-inch medallions and consider 2 units per person, approximately 100 g each.
  2. Cover the cutting board with cling film and also the meat whisk.
  3. Arrange the meat on the cutting board, cover with cling film. Beat until thin, with an even thickness.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and paprika (optional).
  5. Continue pre-preparation.

Gluten-free baked Milanese:

  1. In one bowl place the gluten-free flour, in another the beaten egg with a little salt and pepper (optional) and in another part the mixture of almond flour and flax flour with the paprika. Warning: do not add the entire mixture, if you are not using it it can be stored in a closed container.
  2. Dredge the pork steaks first in 00 flour, then in the beaten egg and then in the mixture of flax flour and almond flour with paprika.
  3. Press well so that they are well breaded.
  4. Arrange on one or more greased baking trays, without overlapping them.
  5. Drizzle the corn oil over each, in a zigzag pattern and in one quick motion.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes. Open, flip the steaks, turn the pan and continue for another 15-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove, dry with absorbent paper.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

1. Serve with a salad dressing of your choice, on serving platters, or assemble directly onto plates.
