Strawberry tiramisu
ingredients
- 200 g of mascarpone

Preparation method
In a blender, place half of the strawberries, the red fruit liqueur and the water and blend for 5 minutes. Reserve. Place the egg yolks and sugar in a planetary mixer and beat until you obtain a whitish cream. Add the cheese and beat again until you obtain a smooth cream. Transfer the cream into a container and set aside. Still using the mixer, beat the egg whites and add the reserved cream and mix gently.
Dip the biscuits in the strawberry and liqueur mixture. Place the wet biscuits in a container and make a layer of strawberries and one of cream. Repeat the process until the container is full. Finish with a layer of cream and decorate with strawberry slices. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Chocolate tiramisu
ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 cups of mascarpone
- 260g semi-sweet chocolate bar
- 2 teaspoons of strong coffee
- 3 tablespoons of amarula liqueur
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 150 g champagne biscuit
- Chocolate dusting powder
Preparation method
In a mixer, add the cream and beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream. Transfer to a container and set aside. Still in the mixer, add the mascarpone, beat until you obtain a frothy mixture and mix it delicately with the whipped cream. Reserve. Over medium heat, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Grease two round molds with butter and flour them with wheat flour, divide the dough between them and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. In a mixer, add the cream and beat until it almost reaches the whipped cream stage. Add the cornstarch and sugar and beat again until you obtain the consistency of whipped cream. Reserve.
Assembly
Cover a round shape with cling film and place one of the doughs on top. Moisten the chocolate dough with half the coffee, make a layer of filling and place the other part of the filling. cake her.
