In the same pan, add the oil and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and okra and sauté until the okra stops smearing. Add the fried chicken and cover with boiling water.   • 1 red chilli chopped
  • Salt and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, place the bacon and peppers and fry them over medium heat. Using a spoon, remove them from the pan and set them aside. In the fat in which the bacon and sausage are fried, add the garlic and fry until golden brown. Add the pepper, onion, eggs, cabbage, pepper and salt and mix well. Add the cassava flour and stir to combine. Finally add the green beans and green chillies and serve immediately.

  • 3 shells of bean cooked and with broth
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 pepper sausage cut into slices
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 1 cup cornmeal

Preparation method

In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the sausage and bacon and brown. Turn off the heat and set aside. Place the beans in the blender and blend them well. Then transfer the mixture to the pan with the bacon and sausage and season with salt and black pepper. Gradually add the cornmeal and cook over medium heat until thickened.
