If you’ve never tried making bread at home because you find it difficult, you’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make. So, without further ado, let’s get to the recipe? See below the ingredients you will need and the instructions:
Bread in the shape of a blender
Time: 1h (+1h rest)
Performance: 20 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 2 tablets of organic fresh yeast (30g)
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) warm water
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups wheat flour (approximately)
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Preparation method:
- Blend the yeast, water and sugar in a blender for 1 minute.
- Add the salt, oil, eggs and then beat a little more.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, little at a time, until a smooth and slightly sticky dough forms.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- Divide the mixture into 2 greased and floured medium English cake tins, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, remove from the mold and, if desired, serve immediately with butter.
