Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cans of cream (600 g)
- 1 cup leftover chopped roast beef
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 can of drained peas
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated provolone
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Preparation method:
