Didn’t you bring the herring under your fur coat to your mouth and leave a huge stain on your dress? No problem: we know a way that will help you wash it without leaving a trace.
This method can be used to remove old stains, it is suitable for cotton and synthetics. Use with caution on fabrics containing wool and silk.
To remove a grease stain from clothing, you will need:
- Dishwashing liquid
- vinegar
- cotton
The way to do it:
- Apply a generous amount of degreasing dish detergent to the stain. Leave for 15 minutes
- Pour table vinegar into a small bowl – 10-20 ml
- Place the item on a flat surface (not sensitive to acids!), put on gloves and, carefully soaking a cotton pad in vinegar, begin to saturate the covered stain with dishwashing detergent. Leave on for 10-15 minutes
- Machine wash the item as usual
- If the stain is still visible, repeat the procedure, but one treatment is usually enough.
