- 250 g of ricotta available
- 300 g of chicken pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Panko Flour 1 cup tea
- Fry oil

Way of doing
Start by sautéing the onion and garlic. Add the tomato and chicken cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finishes with a green scent. Mix the chicken with the available cream cheese and refrigerate. When it is cold, shape the chopsticks. In one dish, beat the eggs and in another dish, add the panko flour and season with salt and pepper. Dip the thighs in the beaten egg and then in the panko flour. Repeat the process once more and fry. In a pan with hot oil, fry the legs until golden brown. Serve while still hot.
