Hidden ground meat
ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 500 g of minced meat
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt, ground black pepper and green chillies to taste
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Water for cooking
Preparation method
Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and place them in a pan. Cover with water, add salt and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water, transfer the potatoes into a container and mash them with a fork. Add the milk and butter and mix until a puree forms. Reserve. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and brown it until the water in the meat has dried up. Season with salt, black pepper and green perfume. Turn off the heat and set aside. Line a refractory with half of the mashed potatoes, make a layer of mozzarella, another of minced meat and cover with the rest of the puree. Finish with a layer of mozzarella. Cook at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
Creamy Chicken Pie
ingredients
Pasta
- 300 ml of milk
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 300 ml of soya oil
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of cream
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for dusting
Filling
- 1 chicken breast cooked and cut into pieces
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 200 g of green corn
- 200 g of peas
- Salt, ground black pepper and coriander to taste
Roof
- 200ml of cream
- 200 ml of ricotta
Preparation method
Place all the dough ingredients in the mixer and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Reserve. In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the chicken cut into pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper and add the corn, peas and coriander and brown well. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Place the cream and ricotta in a container and mix. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with butter and flour with wheat flour. Deposit half of the dough, make a layer of chicken and another with the cream and cream cheese mixture. Finish with the rest of the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Rice with pepper sausage
ingredients
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 pepperoni sausage cut into slices
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 cups of rice tea
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 350 g of green corn
- 180 g of tomato sauce
- 3 cups of hot water
- Salt and oil to taste
Preparation method
In a pressure cooker, add oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion, garlic and pepperoni and sauté until golden brown. Add the rice, carrots, corn and green chillies and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, salt and water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook until it comes to pressure. Reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and then serve.

Pasta with Bolognese sauce
ingredients
- 1 pack of spaghetti
- 500 g of minced meat
- 600 g of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 drizzle of oil
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan for sprinkling
- Water for cooking
Preparation method
Put the oil in a pan and place it over medium heat to heat it. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add the minced meat and cook until the water dries up. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Reserve. In a pan, add the water and salt and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Then drain the pasta, transfer it to a plate, pour in the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately.
Tip: Decorate the pasta with basil leaves.
Roasted aubergines with tomato and parmesan
ingredients
- 1 eggplant cut into slices
- 1 tomato seeded and cut into slices
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Greasing oil
Preparation method
Grease a baking tray with olive oil and place the aubergines on it. Cover with the tomato, sprinkle with the parmesan and cook in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve immediately.
