Chicken and chickpea salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken breast fillet
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups chickpeas (tea)
  • 1 cup sliced ​​black olives
  • 1 diced red onion
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 diced Japanese cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint

Preparation method:

  1. Season the chicken fillets with garlic and salt.
  2. Heat a pan with half the oil over high heat and grill the chicken fillets until golden brown.
  3. Remove the fillets, let them cool, cut them into strips and set aside.
