Chicken and chickpea salad recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken breast fillet
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups chickpeas (tea)
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 diced red onion
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 diced Japanese cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped mint
Preparation method:
- Season the chicken fillets with garlic and salt.
- Heat a pan with half the oil over high heat and grill the chicken fillets until golden brown.
- Remove the fillets, let them cool, cut them into strips and set aside.
- In a bowl, place the cooked chickpeas, black olives, onion, cucumber, mint, lemon juice, remaining oil, chicken breast strips, season with salt and mix well.
- Transfer to a salad bowl, decorate as desired and serve immediately.
