Protein pudding recipe
ingredients
- 100 g of whole green banana biomass;
- Two raw chicken eggs;
- A natural low-fat yogurt;
- Two tablespoons of skimmed milk powder;
- A spoonful of oatmeal;
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Three sachets of Finn powdered sweetener;
- 20g coconut sugar.
Preparation method
In a blender, blend all the ingredients, except the coconut sugar, which will be used to caramelize the mold. Then cook in a bain-marie for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
