ingredients
- 300 g of chicken pieces
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons of corn
- 1 tablespoon chopped green olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices of bread
Preparation method
In a bowl, mix the chicken, carrot, corn, olives, green chili pepper and mayonnaise. Place two slices of bread on a dry surface, spread the filling and cover with the remaining slices. Serve immediately.
Gorgeous Mediterranean sandwich
Performance: Serves 1 person
Time: 10 minutes
ingredients
- 2 slices of naturally fermented bread
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 small courgette, sliced and grilled
- 1/2 small aubergine, cut into slices and grilled
- 4 cherry tomatoes cut into four parts
- 4 units mozzarella balls, cut in half
- 4 slices of red onion cut in half
- Sicilian lemon peel
Preparation method
Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of sourdough bread. Cover with the slices of courgettes and aubergines, then arrange the cherry tomatoes interspersed with buffalo mozzarella. Spread the onion over the top and sprinkle the lemon zest. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread and serve.
